To start your project, we need pictures, a wish list, and any special requests to give our design team an idea of your vision for your dream home. A series of meetings with the design team will be conducted to ensure your vision is captured in the design of your new home.

We present the final project cost based on your design and ready to be approved by you. Then submit relevant information to your financial institution and obtain construction permits.
